Fragment Lock

Why Fragment Lock

The first Signal. The artist's own idea.

A field that will not sit still.
It bends, it drifts, it comes apart.
Most of it lets go.
What remains, holds.

Nothing is placed by hand.
The form was always there, waiting to be found.
That is where every Signal begins.

Sound and image grew from the same code.
One chord, held.
Then light.

That chord never left.
It became the music of this site.
